Step 1: Buy the Correct Potion
Go to Maria's Potion Shop in World 1
Maria's shop is located in Stonewake's Cross (World 1). Look for a building with a potion icon.
โ ๏ธ IMPORTANT: Buy Health Potion I, NOT Health Potion II!
Isaac will ONLY accept Health Potion I (costs 150 gold). If you buy Health Potion II, he will reject it!
Step 2: Equip the Health Potion
Click the Potion in Your Item Bar
After buying the potion, you need to equip it by clicking on it in your item bar. Your character should be holding the potion visibly.

Just click once to equip/hold the potion. Don't use it on yourself - you need to give it to Isaac!
Step 3: Give the Potion to Isaac
Walk Up to Isaac and Press E
